So why are special occasions a market that you should be selling apparel to? Special occasions happen every day so the opportunities for selling apparel and accessories are endless. The occasion is also special to more than one person and people want to commemorate these events with custom apparel or personalized items.


The special occasion market is huge and provides endless opportunities for your apparel business to grow. In this "7 Markets You Should be Selling Apparel To" series on the Stahls' TV Morning Show, Stahls' TV educator Zach Ellsworth teaches decorators how to sell apparel for special occasions, occasions you can sell to,and how to reach these very specific markets.

The key to competing with these large companies is reaching the customer locally before they search online. This can be achieved by building partnerships with other local businesses that are booked for special occasions such as a photographer or caterer.
